Agi and Sholola create an art experience through their life journeys as women of the African Diaspora who want to engage in high-level discourse about womanhood.
Chicago based and woman-owned art collective, Golden Our Collective, currently in the pre-launch phase, will host a Press Preview on Saturday, May 13 from 9:00 am to 1:00 p.m. at Evanston Art Center.

“This exhibit will reflect varied experiences of women of African descent living on the continent and throughout the Diaspora,” said Ogechi Harry, Founder of Golden Our Collective. “Both artists are looking to display work exploring placemaking, courage, and self identity through a feminine lens.”
